What is Schumann's resonance and why is it good to know something about it?
The geomagnetic core of our planet pulses in a certain rhythm, at a frequency of about 7.83 Hz. It has been scientifically confirmed that this frequency (the Schumann resonance) is a basic prerequisite for our physical and mental well-being. It affects our sense of time and our bio-cycles.
